Patrick Crandall is a Director at Pipeline Lacrosse Club and a driving force behind the club’s growth, player development model, and coaching standards. With over a decade of experience building and leading high-level programs in Minnesota, Crandall brings a proven track record of developing athletes and elevating team performance at every level.

At Pipeline Lacrosse, Crandall plays a key role in shaping the club’s training environment, mentoring coaches, and creating development pathways for players from youth through high school. His leadership has helped establish Pipeline as a premier destination for athletes seeking high-level instruction, competitive opportunities, and long-term growth in the game.

Crandall also serves as the head coach at the College of Saint Benedict, where he launched the program and quickly built it into a competitive presence. Under his leadership, the team has achieved multiple conference titles, tournament appearances, and individual player honors, reflecting his ability to build strong, successful programs from the ground up.

Prior to his collegiate role, Crandall spent over a decade as the head girls’ lacrosse coach at Lakeville South High School. During his tenure, he led the program to multiple state-level finishes, including a Class A State Championship in 2022. He was named Minnesota Coaches Association Coach of the Year and has coached numerous athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.

In addition to his work on the field, Crandall has been deeply involved in player development across the state, previously serving as the Minnesota Youth Lacrosse Association Director of Player Development. His commitment to growing the game and supporting athletes at all stages continues to shape the success of Pipeline Lacrosse and the broader lacrosse community.
