recruiting at pipeline
Recruiting is not a transaction.
It’s a process of preparation, professionalism, positioning, and trust.
At Pipeline, we help families and athletes navigate recruiting with clarity, honesty, and intention, all so players can find the RIGHT FIT, not just an offer.
What We Do for Families
Recruiting can feel overwhelming. There’s noise, pressure, timelines, and conflicting advice everywhere. Our role is to simplify the process, remove uncertainty whenever possible, and educate you along the way.
We help families:
- Understand the college lacrosse landscape and what their daughter’s goals and gaps are
- Clarify division-level fit based on academics, and personality - not only skill and drive
- Learn how recruiting actually works (timelines, communication, visits, offers)
- Avoid common mistakes that cost athletes opportunities or create unnecessary stress
- Make informed decisions with confidence - not out of fear or urgency
We believe parents should feel educated, supported, and aligned, not confused or reactive.
What We Do for Players
Recruiting tempo starts with, and is determined by, the athlete.
Our focus is on helping players become the version of themselves that coaches want - on the field and off it - and then teaching them how to advocate for themselves, not just in lacrosse, but in life.
We support athletes by:
- Identifying strengths, growth areas, and reach, fit, and safety schools
- Teaching athletes how to communicate with college coaches professionally and confidently
- Helping build recruiting materials (film, messaging, positioning)
- Providing honest feedback: where you stand, and what needs to improve in order to reach your goals
- Preparing players mentally for competition, setbacks, and the long arc of recruiting
We don’t chase offers.
We build prepared, confident athletes who earn opportunities.
Our Philosophy
We believe:
- Recruiting should be athlete-led, with informed family support
- The goal is fit and development, not ego or comparison
- Honesty beats hype. Every time.
- Growth, consistency, and character matter as much as performance
We are not a recruiting service that sends mass emails or promises outcomes we can’t control.
We are a development-driven program that prepares athletes to compete, communicate, and commit with confidence.
What Makes Pipeline Different
- We coach the whole athlete, not just the highlight reel
- We value long-term development over short-term wins
- We tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable
- We stay involved, available, and invested throughout the process
Recruiting is not one conversation.
It’s a relationship built over time.
Who This Is For
Pipeline recruiting support is for families and athletes who:
- Want clarity, not shortcuts
- Are open to feedback and accountability
- Care about development, culture, and fit
- Understand that recruiting is earned, not given
If that sounds like you, we’re ready to help.
