Morgynn Spears is excited to be joining Pipeline Lacrosse Club as Program Manager.

Over the past two years, Morgynn has coached within Pipeline, an experience that has deepened her passion for the game of lacrosse and reinforced her belief in the club’s mission and impact on its athletes. She is grateful for the opportunity to step into this expanded role and contribute to the program’s continued growth.

Lacrosse has been a driving passion throughout her journey, and Morgynn strongly believes in the sport’s ability to develop athletes both on and off the field. She is committed to helping create an environment that is supportive, challenging, and focused on long-term growth for players and coaches alike.

In her role as Program Manager, Morgynn will focus on strengthening player and coach development across all levels of the program. This includes building and refining training structures, implementing consistent feedback systems, and ensuring coaches and athletes are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. She will also work to expand programming opportunities while continuing to strengthen the culture that makes Pipeline unique.
