Michele is very excited to be working with Pipeline. She has been coaching lacrosse for over 40 years and is passionate about helping girls find their best opportunities for life, using lacrosse as a platform for building confidence, communication and connections.
Michele was Captain of the Lacrosse and Field Hockey Teams at Lehigh University and played in multiple national championships in both sports. After graduating in chemical engineering, she moved to New Zealand where she did extensive solo trekking and open-ocean swimming. She returned to Lehigh to coach DI field hockey and lacrosse and earned her Masters in civil engineering / hydrogeology. She moved to Annapolis, Maryland to be a groundwater consultant and also coached club and college lacrosse there. Michele relocated her family and engineering business to Florida in 2002, where she became immersed in surfing and coaching high school and club lacrosse. Michele was the Technical Director for the New Zealand National Team for the 2017 World Cup. She has coached girls across the US, Canada, England and New Zealand, runs epic camps and clinics with college coaches, consults to clubs all over the country and is a private recruiting specialist, focused on helping players find their best college fit.
Michele can’t wait for another summer with Pipeline!
