Meet Coach Kayla!
After graduating from college, I began my coaching career as an assistant coach at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul, where I spent three years on staff. Following that, I transitioned to high school coaching, taking on the role of head coach at Bloomington Jefferson, where I’ve proudly served for the past three years. During my time at both levels, I’ve developed a deep passion for coaching and helping athletes grow both on and off the field.
I aim to instill joy, competition, and a strong work ethic. I coach to provide athletes with a space where they can embrace both failure and success while having a blast along the way. My ultimate goal is to help players grow, not only as athletes but also as individuals who understand the value of perseverance and teamwork.
The mission of Pipeline speaks for itself “Empowering young women to rise above challenges, embrace their authentic selves, and dominate-in both lacrosse and life”. Pipeline is a place of authenticity and growth with a lot of fun sprinkled in.
Fun fact about Kayla: she’s been skydiving!
