Adler began coaching in the CIT program in 2024 and has coached many youth groups in Buffalo.

When asked why she coaches, Adler replied:
I coach to help carry forward the positive coaching and knowledge I have learned throughout my lacrosse career to the next generation. I love to see how my coaching and teachings helps each girl to progress in her own way.

When asked why Pipeline, Adler replied:
Pipeline is filled with some of the most passionate, talented, and impactful people I know, and it is a group of people who strive for everyone in the program to find a sense of belonging, which to me is so important to find.

Fun fact about Adler: I love to travel and have been to five countries and sixteen states so far!
