Krista Crandall is the founder and director of Pipeline Lacrosse, a Minnesota-based, female-owned club dedicated to developing confident athletes, strong leaders, and resilient young women both on and off the field.

With more than a decade of coaching, mentoring, and program-building experience, Krista has guided athletes at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels while building Pipeline into one of the region’s most respected development environments. Her philosophy centers on intentional growth, accountability, and the belief that success in sport should translate directly into confidence in life.

Known for her energy, vision, and deep personal investment in every athlete and family she serves, Krista leads Pipeline with a commitment to meaningful relationships, high standards, and long-term development over short-term wins. Under her leadership, Pipeline has expanded its reach, elevated its competitive presence, and created a culture where athletes are challenged to earn everything they achieve.
