Since founding Pipeline in 2022, Krista has built a program centered on high-level training, individualized player development, and helping athletes find the right fit—whether in their current environment or at the collegiate level.
A Minnesota native, Krista played club lacrosse at the University of Minnesota and began her coaching career in 2007 at the youth level. She transitioned into club coaching in 2010 and has since accumulated over a decade of experience guiding athletes through all stages of their development. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that better humans make better athletes, and she emphasizes character, confidence, and long-term growth in every player she works with.

She served as the Coach Development Director for the Minnesota Youth Lacrosse Association (MSLAX) from 2015–2016, supporting and mentoring coaches across the state. In 2016, she became the Director of Girls Lacrosse and played a key role in building and expanding one of the state’s premier club programs.
At the high school level, Krista has been coaching since 2013, with experience at Wayzata, Minnetonka, and currently Buffalo High School. She has also coached at the NCAA Division II level, further expanding her perspective on player development and the collegiate recruiting process.
Through Pipeline Lacrosse, Krista continues to champion opportunities for female athletes and is dedicated to growing the game across Minnesota—helping each player reach their potential both as an athlete and as a person.
